Originally built in 1957, 3350 Wilshire was the former home of the Texaco headquarters. Through the adaptive reuse ordinance, the existing 12-story, 215,000-square-foot office building was converted into 216 residential apartments, with amenities and retail stores along Wilshire Boulevard.
